Christian Liaigre was a French interior designer and furniture maker who was active from the mid-1980s to the early 2020s. Liaigre was born in La Rochelle, France, in 1949. He studied at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris and the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs. After graduating, he worked as an apprentice to the French furniture designer Pierre Paulin. In 1985, Liaigre opened his own design studio in Paris.
