A 19th century 18ct gold open face Chrono Micrometer pocket watch by English watch Co, centre seconds fly back chronograph with white enamel dial, 2 registers for 30 minutes above constant seconds, both running anticlockwise, dial marked 'chrono-micrometer' F P, push pin at one o'clock on a 3/4 plate movement, ratchet tooth lever-escapement, bi-metalic balance, balance spring with over-coil, gilt movement with Ewc monogram signed, trade mark micro Chronometer 190298, C 1880. Case hallmarked Chester 1900. Movement size 1.68 in., wt. 125g.
