A fine Chinese eggshell porcelain famille rose bowl, people's Republic of China era, 1970, an octagonal bowl continuously enamel decorated to the exterior with figures engaged in traditional narratives in landscape and pavilion settings, the interior centred with a blue dragon within a flurry of coloured butterflies and magnolia blooms; with blue stencilled Jingdezhen Zhi mark underside, height 4.13 in. length 9.25 in. width 9.25 in.
