1932-33 Two glass slides from a Sydney theatre, the first shows the finish of the Melbourne Cup (believed to be Peter Pan in 1932 or Hall Mark in 1933); the 2nd slide with text 'Postmaster-Generals Department/ Cup Result/ The next slide will show the finish of the Melbourne Cup To-Day. It was flashed from Melbourne to Sydney by Telegraph over the ordinary wires by Picturegram'.
