A Louis XVI white painted bronze clock with Sevres style panels, 19th century, with maker's mark for Japy Freres, the drum head with a painted porcelain dial with Roman numerals enclosed by festoons and surmounted by an allegorical winged figure in flowing attire, scroll work and leafy embellishments to the sides, a pair of cherubs, above a shaped base, with key only, height 16.34 in., width 14.76 in., depth 5.51 in.
