A pair of export Satsuma vases, Showa period, early 1920s, mark of Kinkozan Tsukuru, baluster vases with waisted necks and bases, featuring the deity Kannon with a radiating halo riding a lion dog, further adorned with flowers and a small attendant figure, in moriage enamels in a cream, bright gold and muted brown, red and green palette, a shimazu crest to the patterned neck, bordered mark underside, height 12.20 in.
