Rainforest cross boomerang, Queensland. A cross boomerang made of two elongated oval wooden sections of similar size set at right angles in center and secured with lawyer cane and resin. The surface is painted in the characteristic Queensland rainforest style they are used as dance emblems. Carved and engraved wood, cane and natural pigment.
