A heavy solid bronze footed Chinese Shi-Qiang plate featuring long character inscription and twin handles, width 10.83 in. comes in Chinese fabric box, after the plate commissioned by Qiang of the Wei family in the Western Zhou Dynasty in memory of his ancestors. The inscripion eulogises Wen Wang's the King's merits and commemorates the contribution of Qiang's ancestors to the Zhou Dynasty.,
