A large Edwardian sterling silver tray, Walker & hall, Sheffield, 1911, in George III style, of serpentine oval outline, the swept gallery sides pierced to a foliate design and with a gadrooned rim rising towards the ends, on bun feet, the centre engraved with a presentation inscription to S.J. Jacobs, as Chairman of the South Australian Tattersalls club, from the Club's members, dated 1915, 2.95 in. high, 23.43 in. wide, 16.54 in. deep, 3,272g.
