An ornate centre peace, circa 1830s to 1870s, in 800 German silver having an ornate design in the French manner, highly decretive and stylized with the central stem terminating in a cut glass bowl. The lower half features a gilt platform base with embellished shoulders, gilt central pedestal and gilt piping to the sides of the base which has four ornately finished bun style feet. Height: 12.99 in. Weight:1282.6 grams.
