A 1917 World War I mark 1 dated .303 Lee Enfield rifle with all-over-carved Maori designs attributed to Rangi Redman, quality carved spiral and notch carved detail to all woodwork. Note: Mr Redman (a kiwi World War II Veteran) was known to have carved .303 rifle stocks and presumably the rest of the rifle's furniture. He had been trained in the Art of carving by a World War I Maori Battalion veteran. Serial number M6650. Firearms license required.
