A rare 19th century fruitwood carved pear form tea caddy, with short stalk to the domed top. In good polish. Iron escutcheon, lock and hinge. Remains of foil lining, height 5.39 in. Provenance: From the collection of Gerry and Valerie Bermel (of Travis Antiques. Wellington 1950's to 1986).
